# Motions

Motions can be added to an Agenda Topic at any time before or during a meeting by the member who submitted the Agenda Topic or by a member with Admin Access. *(see* [*Add Motions*](/lorros-guide/meetings-1/start-a-meeting/adding-agenda-topics/add-motions.md)*)*.
