The green cog icon indicates that the member has Admin Access. The red times-circle icon indicates that the member does not have voting rights. If the member has a title (such as Chair, Secretary, etc.) it is displayed after their name (see Member Categories and Rights). Your name will have a red X for removing yourself from the Group (see Removing Yourself from a Group).
