# Schedule a Meeting

LORROS allows you to set both the date and time for the start and end of the Meeting.

To choose a date, click on the drop down calendar. To select a time, click to the right of the calendar, choose the time from the dropdown and select am or pm.

When finished, click “Save Schedule”.

Whenever possible, we suggest that you schedule a LORROS meeting to last at least 2 – 3 days. This should allow all of your Group members to find time to participate.
