All Group members are provided the opportunity to add Agenda Topics right up to the start of the meeting. Once a meeting has started, no new Agenda Topics can be added.
If a new Topic needs to be dealt with, another LORROS Meeting can quickly be scheduled to deal with that Topic.
It is possible to have more than one LORROS Meeting in progress at the same time.
