Adding Additional Topics to a Draft Agenda

With LORROS, you do not have to solicit Agenda Topics from your members before completing and sending out the first draft. Members have the ability to add Agenda Topics themselves. Since all members see the draft agenda and can add Topics, it should not be necessary to approve the agenda nor add new Agenda Topics at the start of the Meeting (for more on adding agenda topics see Adding Agenda Topics).
