# Anatomy of a Meeting

At the heart of LORROS is the goal of improving board communications and meeting productivity.

LORROS Meetings provides many benefits not offered by either of the two traditional methods *(in person and video conference)*.

* Meetings can be called at any time by any member with Admin Access (*see* [*Member Categories & Rights*](/lorros-guide/groups/member-categories-and-rights.md)). 
* A Meeting can last from 1 hour to multiple days. 
* LORROS Meetings easily integrate into regular in person or conference call / video meetings. 
* LORROS lets you conduct meeting business at the convenience of your Group members.
